Home and community based therapy
We provide comprehensive psychotherapy services directly to individuals and families throughout the community. We meet clients in their homes, schools, and other settings they feel comfortable in. We meet you where you are—because your healing journey shouldn’t be limited by location.

Animal assisted therapy
We offer animal assisted therapy, providing a unique therapeutic approach to recovery. Animal-assisted therapy is shown to reduce anxiety, promote emotional regulation, and create a calming environment, that helps clients engage in the therapeutic process. Our therapy dog provides non-judgemental companionship, that can enhance connection, build trust, and support healing in ways that complement traditional therapies.

Parent psycho-education and coaching.
Parenting can be the hardest challenge you'll ever take on—with no instruction manual included. Our parent education and coaching services combine lived experience with professional expertise to support you through the unique challenges of raising your young person. We provide practical, tailored strategies that recognise every child and family is different, helping you navigate parenthood with confidence and compassion.

Systemic family work
When people experience mental health difficulties, there are many parts of the jigsaw that need attention. Our practice works collaboratively with families and wider systems—including schools, healthcare providers, and community supports—to create a comprehensive approach to wellbeing. By bringing all the pieces together, we help build a complete picture of support that addresses the complex needs of each individual and their network.

NDIS psycho-social support
We offer NDIS psycho-social support services, delivered by an accredited mental health social worker, ensuring you receive expert care that meets the highest professional standards. We work with NDIS participants to address mental health challenges, build capacity for daily living, and achieve their goals through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. As an experienced NDIS provider, we can help you access the supports you’re entitled to while providing flexible, person-centred care that aligns with your NDIS plan.
How do I Bee Me?
'We carry what we can't control......
We know the stigma that surrounds our emotional health. Acknowledging, understanding and managing your own or a loved one's psychological well-being is hard. It can feel like carrying around a heavy backpack, which weighs you down and creates some strong emotions. All of which affects your ability to Bee Me.

......until we understand how to let it go'
We recognise that addressing these needs requires trust, honesty, compassion and care. In this context, it is our ability to understand the 'how' and support you through your recovery journey, that sets us apart.
